At Sakura Play, we strive to process and ship your orders promptly. Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be dispatched the next day, including weekends and public holidays.

We use SPX Tracked Mailing for all local deliveries to ensure reliable and secure shipping.

Please note:
– Shipping is available within Singapore only.
– Once a parcel is handed over to SPX, Sakura Play is not liable for any delays, damages, or lost parcels during transit.
– In the rare event of a lost parcel, the maximum reimbursement is capped at $150, in accordance with
SPX’s parcel insurance policy.
