By accessing and purchasing from Sakura Play, you agree to the following terms:

1. All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges unless the wrong item was sent or the product is proven to be defective. If an item is damaged or lost during delivery, Sakura Play will assist in filing a claim with SPX. However, the maximum reimbursement is capped at $150, in line with SPX’s parcel insurance policy.

2. Product listings and images are for reference only. Actual items may differ slightly due to lighting, packaging variations, or condition details.

3. Prices, product availability, and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice. Due to price fluctuations in Japan, pre-order prices and product availability may also change without warning. Sakura Play reserves the right to adjust or cancel any affected orders accordingly.
