Pre-Order Policy

At Sakura Play, we offer pre-orders on selected products to help you secure upcoming or limited-release
items ahead of time.

Please read the following terms before placing a pre-order:

1. Prices & Availability
All pre-order prices are subject to market changes in Japan. However, prices are locked in upon your deposit.

2. Product Allocation
In rare cases, supplier stock may be reduced or cancelled. If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, a full refund will be issued.

3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of pre-order to reserve your item.

4. Estimated Arrival
Estimated delivery dates are based on supplier schedules and may change.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Once placed, pre-orders cannot be cancelled unless we are unable to fulfill the item due to supplier
issues.
